Our breakfast is inspired by the Jamaican and Caribbean breakfasts our founder Careena grew up with. Two golden fried dumplings, sometimes called Johnny cakes, sit alongside sweet fried plantain, smoky beans cooked with peppers and onion, and scrambled tofu seasoned with turmeric and herbs. It is all plant based, cooked by hand in small batches, and it costs £9.
If you want a Caribbean breakfast you can eat on the move, the Breakfast Wrap is £7: beans, tofu, plantain and spinach rolled in a tortilla. Both are delivered across Newport from 10am.

Pair your breakfast with a Jamaican Spice Bun or a portion of Festival from the rest of our menu. Both breakfasts contain gluten (wheat), soya and celery. Delivery is £3.50, free on orders over £25.
