Our breakfast is built to be a real meal: scrambled tofu seasoned with turmeric and herbs, smoky beans cooked with peppers and onion, sweet fried plantain and two golden dumplings.

Our breakfast is £9, cooked to order in small batches and delivered across Newport and the surrounding towns from 10am. For something you can eat on the move, the Breakfast Wrap is £7: beans, tofu, plantain and spinach rolled in a tortilla.

Order online by 8pm the evening before and we cook your breakfast fresh for delivery the next morning, from 10am on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Same day delivery is also available, so get in touch if you need it today.
Breakfast reheats well, so many customers order two or three for the week alongside their meal prep. Delivery is £3.50 and free on orders over £25, with a £10 minimum order. Both breakfasts contain gluten (wheat), soya and celery; full allergen information is on our menu page.
