Breakfast Delivery in Newport, Cooked to Order.

Looking for a breakfast takeaway in Newport that is more than a greasy roll? Rooted Soul cooks breakfast to order in our Newport kitchen and delivers it to your door, your office or wherever the morning has taken you.

There are two to choose from. The Breakfast, at £9, is a proper plate of scrambled tofu, smoky beans, fried plantain and two golden dumplings. The Breakfast Wrap, at £7, rolls beans, tofu, plantain and spinach into a tortilla, so you can eat it at your desk or on the go. Both are plant based and full of Caribbean flavour, whether or not you are vegan.

We deliver from 10am on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, which makes it ideal for brunch, a late breakfast or a mid morning meeting. Order by 8pm the evening before, or get in touch about same day delivery.

Breakfast meetings, training days and team mornings go better with good food. Order several breakfasts and wraps for delivery, or talk to us about breakfast catering for a larger group as part of our event catering across South Wales, from £18 per person.

Delivery is £3.50 and free on orders over £25, with a £10 minimum order. We cover every Newport postcode plus Cwmbran, Caldicot, Chepstow, Risca, Magor and East Cardiff. Both breakfasts contain gluten (wheat), soya and celery.
