Rooted Soul is a delivery kitchen. There is no restaurant to visit and no queue to stand in. You order online, we cook your food fresh in small batches, and we bring it to your door in Newport or one of the surrounding towns.
For next-day delivery, place your order by 8pm the evening before. We deliver on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 8pm, Friday from 10am to 1pm, and Sunday from 4pm to 8pm. We now offer same-day delivery as well, so get in touch if you need food today.
Delivery costs £3.50 and is free on orders over £25. The minimum order is £10. Everything arrives in eco kraft packaging, ready to eat or easy to reheat, with storage and reheating notes on the menu page.

We cover every Newport postcode district, NP10, NP11, NP18, NP19 and NP20, including Rogerstone, Caerleon, St Julians, Malpas, Maindee, Beechwood, Allt-yr-yn, Langstone, Bettws, Lliswerry and Pillgwenlly. Beyond the city we deliver to Cwmbran, Caldicot, Chepstow, Risca, Magor and parts of East Cardiff.
Outside those areas, delivery may be possible by arrangement. Ask us and we will let you know.
