Keep meals in the fridge for 3 to 5 days (soups up to 7 days), or freeze them for 2 to 3 months. To reheat, warm until piping hot throughout, around 2 to 4 minutes in the microwave (stirring halfway), or gently on the hob. Please don't reheat food more than once. Full storage and reheating guidance is on our menu page.

Yes. Every single meal we make is 100% plant-based and dairy-free, with no meat, no fish, no eggs and no dairy. We cook authentic Caribbean dishes entirely from plants, so everyone at the table can enjoy them.
Our meals are freshly prepared to order, and many of the ingredients in authentic Caribbean cooking need time and care to prepare properly. That includes soaking beans and peas overnight, marinating ingredients to develop flavour, and giving certain doughs and baked items the time they need to rise. Ordering the evening before gives us the time to prepare your meals from scratch, source fresh ingredients and keep every dish authentic. It also helps us reduce food waste and make sure you receive the freshest possible meal. Great food can't be rushed, and a little extra preparation time lets us deliver the bold flavours and quality our customers expect.
