Where It Began
It started in my mum's kitchen.
I grew up in a home where food was at the heart of everything. My mum was an incredible cook, and some of my favourite memories are of sharing the delicious, comforting meals she made for our family.
When I decided to go vegan six years ago, I didn't want to give up the flavours and dishes I loved. Instead, I became passionate about finding ways to recreate the meals I grew up with, keeping all the rich flavours and comfort but without the meat. What started as a personal journey quickly became a love for creating plant-based food that feels satisfying, nourishing and full of flavour.
