When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions, and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
You can cancel or change an order free of charge up until the 8pm cut-off on the evening before your delivery day, and we will refund you in full to the account you paid from. After that point we have already bought the ingredients and begun preparing your food, so we cannot always cancel.
Because our food is freshly made and perishable, the 14 day right to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to it. This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with your order. Please see our Refunds and Complaints Policy.
When an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about the order content and prices.
As a buyer, you are free to choose from the relevant delivery option(s) available at the time. Rooted Soul assumes no responsibility for damage during transport or damage caused by any delays beyond its control.
